Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy ensures a smooth process when you need to return or exchange a product. Please review the following guidelines.

Return Policy

Inside Dhaka: Customers are requested to drop off their products at the Recci Bangladesh Office for return.

Outside Dhaka: Customers are advised to return their products via Sundarban Courier Service.

The following conditions must be met for the return:

  • The product was purchased within the last 3 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, intact, and the seal is not broken (unopened).
  • The reason for the return is valid, such as wrong delivery, faulty products, missing parts, or incorrect content on the website.

Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability

If an item is temporarily out of stock, Recci Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel the order within 10 working days.

If the customer agrees to wait for the product(s) to be restocked, the order may remain in an open, processing, or on-hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

If a customer has made an advance payment, a full refund will be issued within 1 to 14 working days, excluding any cashback received, which will be adjusted with the refund amount.

If the customer cancels the order after confirming it and has already made an online payment, Recci Bangladesh will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee when processing the refund.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within the return period and provide the following:

  • Your order details.
  • Clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup or guide you through sending the product back. After inspection, we will ship a replacement or process a refund (if applicable).

Return/Replacement Guarantee Exceptions

The return/replacement guarantee may not apply in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Products returned without all original packaging, accessories, and any items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • Clearance or on-sale products cannot be returned or replaced.

Delivery Charges for Return/Cancellation/Replacement

Please note that the return, cancellation, or replacement delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
