RecciBD is an online e-commerce platform based in Bangladesh, offering a range of mobile phone accessories such as earphones, earbuds, speakers, smartwatches, cables, chargers, and more.

Users may create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Delivery address

5. Products and Orders

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Prices are subject to change but will be honored once an order is confirmed.

6. Payment

We use third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you reaffirm that:

• We or our authorized billing agents are authorized to charge your designated payment method.
• Charges will be incurred under your account, and you are responsible for those charges.
• In case of order cancellation, the mode of payment will be done via transfer within 14 working days.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Any bank discount/cashback offers will be subjected to direct purchase and will not apply when using EMI facilities.

Delivery

We use third-party logistics providers for secure payment processing and delivery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and policies of these third-party service providers.

We deliver inside Dhaka in 2 to 3 working days, and outside of Dhaka in 2 to 5 working days. Delivery will only be made on weekdays and working days, with no deliveries during weekends, holidays, or after office hours.

7. User Reviews

Users can post reviews on purchased products. Reviews must not contain any offensive, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Users may also share their reviews on external social media platforms at their discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Recci Bangladesh or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws in Bangladesh.

9. Limitation of Liability

RecciBD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, including but not limited to delays in delivery, product defects, or third-party service issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
